Glen R. Providence serves as the Executive Director for Hebni Nutrition Consultants, Inc. In his role, he is responsible for agency leadership, fundraising and development support, marketing, and agency growth. Mr. Providence has B.A. in Communications from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and has an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from St. Bonaventure University.
Celines is a Registered Dietitian at Hebni responsible for data collection analysis of community health and nutrition projects. In addition, Celines facilitates nutrition education programming and content in Spanish and English to better meet the needs of our diverse community. In addition to her Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida, Celines also holds a Master’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University and an Associates of Science in Culinary Arts.
Lindy N. Snyder serves as Development Coordinator for Hebni Nutrition Consultants, Inc. In her role, she is primarily responsible for securing program and operational funds through grant writing activities. Ms. Snyder also assists with program development, budgets, and evaluation strategies. Ms. Snyder has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Central Florida, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. Mrs. Snyder has been working with Hebni since 1996.
ROJEAN WILLIAMS, MS, RD/LD
Rojean serves as Wellness Consultant for Hebni Nutrition Consultants Inc. and health educator for the federal government. Rojean has well over 30 years of professional training and experience in promoting and implementing health and wellness to various populations all over the country. Believing in the power to change, Rojean encourages individuals to focus on their personal concepts and beliefs towards healthy living.
Rojean earned a B.S. in Food Science/Human Nutrition from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida in 1983. Ms. Williams obtained her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetic Service at Florida International University In Miami, Florida in 1984.
Stephanie serves as the Marketing Coordinator for both Hebni Nutrition and The Fresh Stop Bus and is responsible for developing different marketing materials and campaigns for the organizations. Stephanie has seven years of leadership experience and three years of content creation and digital marketing strategy development. Stephanie graduated with her A.S. degree from Valencia in 2017. She is projected to complete her B.A. in Communications focused in the Business track with a minor in Mass Media from the University of Central Florida by mid-2022.
Fresh Stop Market Manager
Thomas serves as the Marketing Master for Fresh Stop, Hebni’s mobile farmers market. Thomas earned a J.U.C.O. basketball scholarship at Florida Gateway College in Lake City, FL which he attended, played and earned an A.S. degree in Criminal Justice. Thomas has experienced success in operations, sales and marketing as a mid-level manager at the independent and corporate level. He excels on building positive client relationships, operations and executing growth strategies.
Natasha Dial is the Office Manager and is one of the newest members of the HEBNI team. She has over a decade of experience in health education, data management, and program implementation/evaluation. Throughout her career, she has worked with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Natasha’s career in public health began as part of an internship with the Florida Department of Health - Orange County, where she served diverse populations educating them about health, reducing risk factors for chronic diseases to improve health outcomes. In her role, she oversees bookkeeping, payroll, grant reporting, in addition to assisting with day-to-day agency operations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University, and a Master’s in Public Health from Walden University.
Yolanda plays an integral role in Hebni's operations. She oversees Hebni's culinary programs including our catering and meal-prep programs. The Winter Park native is a lifelong Orlando resident who has served in culinary roles at other organizations and also assists with produce kits for The Fresh Stop Mobile Farmers Market.
