Hebni began the Healthy Soles Fitness program for Seniors back in 2016. In this program, seniors come together and participate in exercises classes and a weekly walking club. Hebni monitors pre and post BMI (Body Mass Index), strength, flexibility, and walking times. Approximately 50 seniors participate in this program each session.
Outcomes from the program include:
- Improved flexibility
- Improved timed mile
- Improved strength
The availability of the program is dependent on funding.
