Easy Back to School Breakfast Bagel Sandwich Recipe


  • 1 Everything Bagel (or your preferred bagel)
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 1 reduce fat or fat free cheese slice
  • 2 pieces turkey bacon (or preferred deli meat)


  1. Toast bagel

  2. Whisk egg in bowl with salt and pepper

    • Place olive oil on skillet, add egg

    • Stir occasionally until cooked

  3. Place turkey bacon on the bagel

  4. Next, place the scrambled egg on top

  5. Top it off with shredded cheese

  6. Optional* Cover the bagel sandwich with a lid to let the cheese melt, and Enjoy!
