Healthy Soles: Senior Exercise Program

In this Free Program, seniors come to gether an dparticipate in exercise classes and a weekly walking club. Hebni monitories pre and post BMI (body mass index), strength, flexibility, and walking times. Hebni began the healthy soles fitness program for Seniors in 2016. 

Every Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00-8:00am

Outcomes from the program include:

Improved flexibility

- Improved timed mile 

- Improved strength
