Our Nutrition Resource Center (NRC) is an innovative and unique space designed to combat the health disparities that plague the Central Florida community. The Nutrition Resource Center provides opportunities for members of our community to learn about ways to alleviate diet-related diseases and help improve the health of Central Floridians.  The NRC is equipped with a state-of-the-art commercial test kitchen, classroom space, conference rooms, and a nutrition resource library. Hebni offers easy access to nutrition education programs, healthy cooking classes, group nutrition classes, and one-on-one counseling.  Due to the unique setup of the NRC, we can host cooking competitions, team-building exercises, and other interactive activities.

The Nutrition Resource Center was designed to provide actual hands-on learning strategies that can assist in changing health behaviors including slowing down the rate of obesity in children of underserved communities.

Additionally, we are able to host community meetings, workshops, and small group meetings for up to 25 people. The space is equipped with Wi-Fi, a projector, a breakout room, and AV capabilities.
